Happy Ground Hogs day! If you have been enjoying winter, you're in luck. Six More weeks of it according to the groundhog.
I'm anxious to see what February will bring with our group challenge! We have had a fabulous turnout (only lost 4/38 participants!) and wonderful results. I thank each of you for your effort, and your support.
Personally, my scale has been stuck. I went from losses of 3 and 4lbs to 1 to .5 and so on. I won't change my course. 1600 calories a day and 5-6 days of intense exercise for an 45-60min is my plan. I try to stay away from sugar and sodium and drink 4 liters of water a day.
I know it works, just gotta stick with it.
