Hello there... I know not everyone can make a healthy meal all the time and my need to resort to frozen meals. I was on WEB MD site I love this site and there was an article of the top 12 frozen meals. And I thought I would share this with everyone too.

6 LEAN CUSISINE BEEF CHOW FUN (I have never heard or seen this one)

10 KASHI RANCHERO BEANS

So there you have it.. It stated that the guidelines you should use for chosing a healty frozen dinner is to keep in mind that some healthy means will meet some bu but not all of these recommendations.
- 300 - 500 calories
- 10-18 grams of total fat or less than 30%of total calories
- less than 4 grams of saturated fat
- less than 600 milligrams of soduim
- 3-5 grams of fiber
- 10% of the recommended daily value of vitamin or minerals
- 10-20 grams of protein
Also it is imporant to pay attion to the serving sizes too.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Kashi's frozen entrees. My favorite is their Tuscan Veggie Bake. I usually alternate my lunch's at work between Kashi entrees and the All Natural Healthy Choice entrees.
I also love Kashi entrees -- they're really filling, too! And they taste spectacular compared to random cold sandwiches you can buy at the same price. The black bean mango is vegetarian (even vegan, I think) and fabulous.
