Lightbulb Full of energy

hello there...

This morning I watched my friends 3 year old for her since her reg sitter couldnt. I could not belive how much energy this little guy had. I worked out an 1/2 hour before he came and wow did another work out when he was here. Up down up down.. Here there here there... The little guy would not stop moving. I do not have kids myself so it was quite a chore keeping up with him... Gave me prespective of having one for myself.

We did have fun reading playing with his trucks and watching out fish tanks. He was a very good boy and he kept me busy so that I did not have to thinking about eating or getting off track.

How about you do you guys.. Do you have kids that are full of energy? And keep you going???

I have a 3 1/2 year old and he is always going. Jumping off things, kicking balls, talking talking talking. "Read me a book, let's watch this video, play this game, play playdoh"..."Mom watch this" 20000 times a day. He doesn't need much sleep either. When my DH is out of town i think i will lose my mind. I want to lose weight and work out more so that I can keep up better and not feel so "under fire" by his go go go spirit.

P.S. I have a cat that looks just like yours on the right. She has a sister with the same coloring but very fluffy. I call the pair Cappuccino. But her name is Tigger.

I've often said I'm "confused as to why I don't weigh a hundred pounds." I have 4 children of my own and 2 full time babysitting kids. I home school the 6th grader and 2nd grader and the others are 2.5, 20mo, and two 8mo olds.

Making me tired just typing it!

Let me qualify this by saying that I eat 1800 calories a day and still lose weight. I guess I burn a few.
