Those are my boys, I love them to pieces. You're right, though, it's SO hard sometimes to find time to exercise, especially this time of year when it's too cold to drag them all outside to walk with me. And then, my husband doesn't get home from work until 6:30, then it's suppertime, and I feel guilty taking off right after to go to the gym and leaving him to do bedtime and everything by himself after he worked hard out in the cold all day. *sigh* I guess I just need to make the effort!
