I am doing kind of a self prescribed Low Carb diet. It had been working well with minor set backs here and there. I lost 15 pounds. I made it through Thanksgiving okay and still maintained that loss.
Now Christmas and New Years comes along and I gained back 5 pounds. I do not consider this a bad thing as with low carb there is always a spring back of 4-6 pounds, and I expected this. With the Garbage I ate at the holidays I am surprised to not have gained it all back! I am back on my plan in the new year and looking forward to being healthy (with the occasional cheat, of course). I am starting to exercise at my job with the onsite fitness membership I have so that should also help me get to goal.
Anyone else have any holiday gains to rant about?
Mini goal #1 - 25% = 231 pounds - not there yet.
Mini goal #2 - 50% = 214 pounds - not there yet.
Mini goal #3 - 75% = 197 pounds - not there yet.
Final Goal - 100% = 180 pounds - not there yet.
