I am so encouraged that other people didn't lose this week either. It is a little depressing, but 1 week of no change is something that happens. If my weight is still the same next week, I'm gonna hurt someone.

Ok so im back and feeling like things are getting back to normal. My weight this morning was the same as a couple of weeks ago at 238, I am glad a didn't backslide to much with everything that has been going on but I am also hoping for a better number next week!

I was at 170.3 yesterday!!! I am so excited to see the scale going down! Can;t wait to be in the 160's!

It is frustrating, I know, but there's a loss coming partner, I am sure of it!! Stay positive, keep on keeping on and the scale will show it!

Hey, I am really sorry about forgetting to check in on Monday. I hope it's not too late to weigh in. Things didn't change too much this last week, I only went down one pound, but that's okay-- I'm in ONEDERLAND at 199.0!
