Default New Year, New Me!!!
Hi ladies! I just wanted to take a few minutes to introduce myself. My name is Liz and I used to regularly visit 3FC a few years back when I lost 50 lbs. Well, I'm back. I had my daughter last year and finally after 18 months, I am going get serious about getting healthy again. I have about 15 lbs to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, but want to ultimately lose more than that. I keep very busy and need the energy that healthy eating and exercise provides. I have been eating so badly lately that I just feel disgusting...uggh.

Well, I hope to get to know each of you better and good luck to everyone on your weight loss journey!
