Arrow Shrinking BMI Number Goals

This thread will function to encourage those who stand of the thresh hold of their next goal - to go from the"morbidly obese" to "obese", or "obese" to "overweight" or "overweight" to "normal" category of Body Mass Index.

I need to get to 178 to be out of the "obese" and in the "overweight" category. I would like to achieve this by Valentines day - February 14th 2010.

I need to get to 136 for a BMI of 24.9, going from overweight to normal. I'd like to be there by the middle of February. It should be doable!

I need to get to 184 (just overweight) and then 154 (normal). I'm hoping to get to 184 by Valentine's day.

I assume I can get to 160 or so by the summer, I am trying not to work myself up that I "am so big framed that I can't get down below 154"...don't want to psych myself out.

I need to get to about 178 as well to reach overweight, looking forward to it... although it seems as though I'll never get there. I'm hoping to reach about 175 by March 13th.

bensempress - you and I are in the same boat, girl! Started out about the same, about the same now...same height! My ultimate goal is 145, but 160 is what I was when I got married, so I thought I'd set my sights there first!

I'm thinking about setting my goal to about 160 myself for now! 145 seems soooooo faaaarrrrrr away! lol
