If you want to sign up and compete to be the 30-something's Biggest Loser do it here! Give your starting weight here, and we will compete from now until the 31st of December - does that sound good? Since this is an experiment I would say that you can sign up whenever you want and I'll add you to the list, but sign up sooner so you can compete longer! We will compete as individuals, and obviously whoever loses the most weight will be The Biggest Loser
Should we try to weigh in once a week? Are there any thoughts as to what would the best day to weigh in?
