Good morning Ladies!
I'm back in town...I've been TDY for the last week and eating very badly
. I actually didn't do too bad...Sat I weighed in and had gained 2 lbs, Sunday I had lost the 2, and this morning I'd gained 1...so I'm thinking I gained a pound. Last week I was at a conference and there were dinners and snacks and all manner of evil stuff. I did work out alot, so that is probably why the damage was minimal. This week is T-Day...luckily we are going to my parents house where almost everyone is currently dieting. We are going out for the big dinner so that there will be no left overs to binge further on.
How is everyone else today?
