I am with you on getting out of the 200's. I have been working out about an hour per day and watching everything I put in my mouyth but I have still only lost about 2 pounds per month. I am seeing a significant change in my body but the scale is moving ohhh sooooo slow. I started this lifetstyle change in September at 229 pounds.
An NSV! I had to put away my wedding ring! I was probably about 235 or so when I got married, my ring was too loose for me now, so I am now wearing my high school class ring (it's kinda solitaire-ish and hubby is being all cute-ish and not wanting me to go bare) on my ring finger until I can pick up some cheap ring in the same size as my HS class ring to wear until I get to my goal. Cool, eh?

Weighed this morning and am safely in Onderland at 198lbs!!
Only 13 more pounds till I am back to pre-baby #4 weight! That's my next mini-goal. I am taking in 2000 calories and trying to exercise at least 3 days a week. One week at a time, baby. I can do it!
