Just thought we could get some ideas from each other! I, for one, get tired of the same old thing.
B: Home made bread w/ a little real butter
1oz lowfat cheese
L: Mixed greens w/ Smoked Turkey
Mushrooms, sliced peppers, slivered almonds and a little vinigarette
S: Not sure yet
D: Chicken & Spaghetti Casserole (will post recipe in recipes section of this board)
Anyone have any ideas for high protein snacks besides cheese and nuts?
