I joined SP two days ago, and it is eye-opening. Glad to be able to finally tell how many calories I'm eating instead of eyeballing or guessing (my math skills leave something to be desired lol). Anyone else track themselves on Sparkpeople? Any tips?
I love SP, I went from 260 to 190 using spark people. I would still use it but I've developed my own system for calorie counting that doen't require me to input my numbers into the computer which was a hassle for me at work since our server blocked the site as "social networking". I still check in there to track my weight and print out strength training schedules. I am Freakinfat on SP.
