Default SparkPeople

I joined SP two days ago, and it is eye-opening. Glad to be able to finally tell how many calories I'm eating instead of eyeballing or guessing (my math skills leave something to be desired lol). Anyone else track themselves on Sparkpeople? Any tips?

Not sparkpeople but myfitnesspal is what I use. It is a eye opener when you plug your calories in and see what you really eat.

Wow, I just joined and I think I like it better than FitDay! It actually has the food I eat on there, unlike FitDay where I'm always adding my custom foods. Thanks!

I love SP, I went from 260 to 190 using spark people. I would still use it but I've developed my own system for calorie counting that doen't require me to input my numbers into the computer which was a hassle for me at work since our server blocked the site as "social networking". I still check in there to track my weight and print out strength training schedules. I am Freakinfat on SP.
