Default Food Journal 7/21 to 7/27

I promise to log in and journal my food and exercise everyday. It's time to get back in control.

MONDAY

EXERCISE:
30 min treadmill (2.3 miles)
40 min weights
15 min abs & stretching
10 min slow walk w/pup

BREAKFAST:
ff sf yogurt -2
banana -2
24 oz water

LUNCH:
chef boy rd beefaroni - 8 ??
granola bar -3
24 oz water

SNACK:
popcorn -4
24 oz water

DINNER:
lf wheat thins -2
lf dip -3
stir fry w/little bit of chicken & lots of veggies -5
wine cooler -2
16 oz water

Lizzard - I need to get back in control also! The kids I've been babysitting for are going home tomorrow - I've done awful with them here! ** note- your post says April instead of July!!

LF margarine

Lunch
Thai fish
Coconut rice

Snack
Strawberries with a hint of sugar

Dinner
Big bag of LF popcorn

Totals: 1050 calories, 14% fat, 16% protein, 70% carbs

(I just don't get why I can be full on 1000 calories some days, like today, and ravenous after 3000 calories on other days. Oh well. I've decided not to worry about under 1200 calorie days, within reasons, or over 2500 calorie days, within reason.)

40 min weights (upper body)
15 min abs & stretches

BREAKFAST:
ff sf yogurt -2

(I'm still starving!!!!!)

MADE IT TO LUNCH:
turkey sandwich -4
cup of soup -2
salad -1
diet coke -0

DINNER:
lf crackers -3
lf dip -4
leftover stir fry -5
wine cooler -2

WEDNESDAY

Ugghh...I'm dragging my behind today. All this concentrating on weight lifting has put a hurting on my poor body. Every muscle is killing me!! Plus getting up at 4:30 so I can be at the gym at 5:30 has thrown my brain into shock. Did I mention I have a case of raging PMS too?? Sorry about the whining.....I'll be better soon.

EXERCISE:
30 min elliptical (2.8 miles)
40 min weights (upper body)
10 min abs & stretches
10 min slow walk with pup

BREAKFAST:
ff sf yogurt -2
banana -2
24 oz water

2ND BREAKFAST:
eng muffin w/honey -3
granola bar -3

LUNCH:
sandwich w/no-no's on it -10
chips -2
24 oz water
slurpee -2

DINNER:
lf crackers -2

salad -2

oh, it feels good to be back and to be doing this right again! I was eating on the run, not drinking my water, not having enough veggies & fruits - and I will pay for it on the scale tomorrow night.

(This wasn't a very good day. Then again, my target is 1600 calories and I've had some days that are 600 calories under, so maybe it balances out. It wasn't too healthy, though...)

(I'm recording this on Saturday, and I think things are back on track. Another binge day here, though. Emotional and hormonal causes. Big shocker, I'm not at all hungry for granola bars today....)
