Sunday, July 14th
(I was headed out on a business trip today, and thus the odd eating schedule.)
Breakfast (late) Oatmeal Breakfast veggie patty Snack (on plane) Delta snack mix Lunch / Dinner (Red Lobster) Cheddar biscuit Salad with fat free ranch 1/2 portion grilled tilapia Baked potato (butter & sour cream added from side) Steamed veggies Late night munchies (hotel vending machine) Pack of M&Ms Totals: 1604(?) calories, 40% fat, 20% protein, 41% carbs (This assumes that the dinner was 1000 calories, which is probably, hopefully, an overestimate.) |
Monday, July 15th
(Still on business trip, and feeling sick with really bad allergies.)
Breakfast Raisin bran with skim milk Banana Lunch Spaghetti with marinara sauce Slice of sour dough brea, with butter Salad with Italian dressing Dinner Small TCBY frozen yogurt (airport food) Totals: 1290 calories, 20% fat, 12% protein, 68% carbs |

Tuesday 07-16-02 Goal - Write it all down!! Breakfast Slimfast 4 Diet coke 0 Subtotal - 4 (so far so good, although I am curiously hungry:D Lunch 20 oz coke 5 bread 2 mayo 1 4 oz roast beef 4 Subtotal = 4 + 12 = 16 Dinner miso soup 2 tempura 4 9 sushi 4.5 Subtotal = 16 + 10.5 = 26.5 Dessert brownie 5 milk 2 slimfast 4 Subtotal = 26.5 + 11 = 37.5 OK, so not 18 to 23 points like I am supposed to have. I had about 1 L water. Will try to lower points and increase water tomorrow. |
Tuesday, July 16th
(Home sick from work. Not many groceries, and not feeling well.)
Lunch Healthy Choice stuffed pasta shells with broccoli Apple Kiwi fruit Snack Granola bar Dinner 3 LF pierogies with a little light margarine 1 oz dry Fruit Loops Granola bar Totals: 987 calories (22% fat, 13% protein, 65% carbs) |

Oatmeal Veggie breakfast patty Snack 1 oz peanuts Lunch Domino's deep dish veggie pizza, large (1 1/4 slices) Granola bar Snack 1 1/2 cup strawberries Dinner Large garden salad with hard-boiled egg and FF Italian dressing 4 oz shrimp Granola bar Exercise 30 minutes exercise bike Totals: 1424 calories, 35% fat, 21% protein, 44% carbs |
Wendesday 07-17-02 Goal - write it all down
Breakfast none 0 Lunch 8 sushi 4 diet coke 0 Subtotal = 4 Dinner Slimfast 4 Sausag, egg & Cheese Bagel 15.5 YIKES! 3 drinks 6 Total = 4 + 25.5 = 29.5 Hmmm.....Maybe that breakfast sandwich was not such a good idea! What do you think? lol |
