I'm in the club 3-0!

New here and just learning my way around this forum, anyhow.... I am in 32, about 50 lbs overweight and would like to make mini goals for myself.

I got married not even 2 years ago and piled on 40 lbs. I know I can take it off, I just need the determination and support.

Today was my braking point day where I felt so uncomfortable in my clothes and will not buy new ones and decided, I need to do this NOW.

So here I am.....

Welcome and good job on the decision to come here, it's a great place that helps keep me motivated.

IS there anything I should be sure to know about on the 30 something sub-board, almost like the unwritten law?

It means when you reach 199, so if you are over 200 and get into the 100's, that's ONEderland!!!
