MONDAY
Did terrible over the weekend. I got turkey hot dogs (haven't had hot dogs in forever) and thought I was being good. Then after eating them for lunch all weekend I checked the stats and they still had 10 grams of fat each. Geez!!! Then DH brought home fried chicken with coleslaw and beans. Not to mention I didn't get any exercise. :( EXERCISE: 61 min treadmill (4.85 miles) 10 min abs & stretching BREAKFAST: ff sf yogurt -2 3 ff fig newtons -3 24 oz water LUNCH: turkey sandwich -4 chips -4 diet coke -0 7 fig newtons -7 (I was eating them without even paying attention) DINNER: a little bit of steak -5 1/2 baked potato -2 green beans -0 2 glasses wine -4 31 pts. |
Liz - oh and that fried chicken is SO high in points - I had no idea until after I ate some.

Far be it from me to leave Rabbit unaccompanied while Lizzard frolics on vacation. I am going to really, really try to get back with this - Hopefully I can pull it off. Off to a bad start today......They have been giving out the WORST free food at the new job and it is just so hard to have any will power at 4 AM! Sunday, it was free soda, free doughnuts, free sandwiches with potato salad, coleslaw & Chips, followed by free icecream and cookies. I probably had about a weeks worth of points!
