Default Down 17 lbs!

Hey Chicks!

Just wanted to pop on real quick. I went to my weekly weight management meeting today. The topic was how to take everyday recipes and make them healthier. She gave us some great tips. But more importantly the scale said today that I am down a total of 17lbs! Holy Moly... I knew my pants were falling off of me but I never thought I had lost another 1.5 this week. I am so happy. My body fat % is down, my body water is up, and the best part is I have gained almost 2 lbs of muscle. YEAH

While driving back on the interstate there is a billboard that said "Fight on! The BEST if yet to come!" I thought how appropriate that was considering our struggles with food/dieting issues. So all ya'll chicks FIGHT ON! This is a war we can win.

I don't actually figure it out myself. I am in a weight management group that has a Tanita scale. When you stand on it, it runs a very small electrical current through your body(you can't even feel it) that it uses to tell you how much weight is fat, water, bone, organs, etc. It calculates everything so I have no idea how to figure that out by myself.
