I ate the cheese so that I would have enough points to meet my minimum. Not feeling very well.

I did not get all of my points in today, I'm under the minimum. That happens to me when I'm sick. I know it's not good, but hope it's okay once in awhile.

10 min abs & stretches

eng muffin w/honey -3
48 oz water (a little dehydrated)

LUNCH:

watermelon -1
16 oz water

SNACK:
pretzels -4
lt sour cream -2

DINNER:
veggie quesadillas -7

80 min treadmill (6.6 miles)
10 min stretching

BREAKFAST:
2 pancakes w/syrup -8
64 oz water (40 of this was at the gym)

LUNCH:
cheeseburger -10
french fries -6
diet coke -0

DINNER:
sushi -5
2 glasses wine -4

PARTY:
sm plate of chips & dip -8
2 glasses wine -4

45 pts -- so much for all that exercise!!

SATURDAY

No major exercise -- just a bit of housework

BREAKFAST:
oatmeal & toast -6
16 oz skim milk -4

SNACK:
slimfast -4
2 bananas -4

LUNCH:
steamed red potato -3
broccoli -0

DINNER:
2 grilled chicken enchiladas -10
chips & dip (incl a little queso) -5
margarita -4

40 pts -- Blew the diet Fri & Sat!!

5 hrs intense housework
