Wink Subway/Long John Silver's Buddies?

Hi everyone! I am looking for a few buddies that want to lose weight while doing Subway with me online. I have been eating it since 2/9/2009 and I am actually losing weight but wanted to buddy up with a couple of people for support online. I lost approximately 10 pounds so far
I actually switch between Subway and Long Silver's during the week. Then I pick one night that I can eat WHATEVER I WANT! Last night I had pizza, and a peanut butter egg and still lost weight! Here is what I have been eating to lose the weight.
Sample:
Sunday - Monday
Breakfast - Blueberry Yogurt 100 Calories
Lunch - Either Subway Meatball or Veggie Hoagie
75 Calorie Bag of Lays Light Potato Chips
Diet Soda
or
Long John Silvers Chicken Treasure Chest Kids Meal
Supper - (Whatever one I didn't pick at lunch! )

Snack at night - 100 Calorie Bag of Popcorn
100 Calorie Lorna Dunes
or
100 Calorie Chips
100 Calorie Hostess
I have been keeping it to around 1200 - 1400 calories a day

Interesting diet.I understand that we all have to do what works for us.Please dont take offense to this, you are doing a great job at keeping your calories in line.Have you thought about substituting some fast food for whole foods?It truly is amazing how much more food you could be eating.Just a suggestion.

Sure.Do you like fruits and veggies?Veggies with hummus or lite ranch dip.Whole wheat turkey sandwiches or lite mayo with tuna on whole wheat for lunch.There are many great soups that are low calorie.Oatmeal, egg white omlets with veggies for breakfast, turkey bacon.Whole wheat pastas with lite sauce are great.There are so many easy options.I would buy a calorie counting book at book store.I use calorie king.It was pretty inexpensive.I take it everywhere.I just think long johns and subway are great for an occasional treat but the fat content is quite high even if you are staying in calorie range.Good luck.Small steps are good.Try every other day to begin with.

Wow, while I really love the occasional subway or long john's I don't think I could eat one of those every single day. I love fruit and veggies way too much. Variety is key for me.

Good luck in what your doing.
