Things are going OK for me today, plan wise. I planned out my food this morning and so far so good. I'm going out grocery shopping now so I should probably have one of my snacks first, or I may give in to something 'cuz I'm a little bit hungry!!
SamanthaJubilee - I do the same thing...I eat something I shouldn't and then it screws up my calories for the rest of the day, so I end up being hungry at the end instead of spreading them out properly. AAHH!
