Been good all day, except for the donut from DD this AM that I couldn't seem to ignore (5 pts.) and the snacks of PB & 100 cal carrot cake this afternoon (not together!!) (6pts). So I wasted 11 pts., but dinner is still OP!
Breakfast was Cheerios and 2%.
Lunch was a huge salad (5 c.) w/2T. dressing and salad toppins, a 3 oz. can of tuna and an Arnolds sandwich thin
Dinner is 4 oz. chicken breast tenderlion baked with sliced apples, onion and on a roll w/honey mustard. It's something DH had at work and wanted to try. I am making the rolls now, they're on their last rise.
