I get to start the chat today!!! Funny thing is I don't have much to say. Just another day at work and then off to the gym.

Feeling the same...nothing really to say, but lots to do today! Open House is tonight, and I am trying to frantically get things hung up that I have been meaning to hang for a long time!!

Feeling pretty much like crap today. Cold coming on. I don't feel like doing anything....including my treadmill. I just wanna curl up under a blanket and rest.

Hey All!

Been good all day, except for the donut from DD this AM that I couldn't seem to ignore (5 pts.) and the snacks of PB & 100 cal carrot cake this afternoon (not together!!) (6pts). So I wasted 11 pts., but dinner is still OP!

Breakfast was Cheerios and 2%.
Lunch was a huge salad (5 c.) w/2T. dressing and salad toppins, a 3 oz. can of tuna and an Arnolds sandwich thin
Dinner is 4 oz. chicken breast tenderlion baked with sliced apples, onion and on a roll w/honey mustard. It's something DH had at work and wanted to try. I am making the rolls now, they're on their last rise.

I've had a decent day- one small cheat but that's just me. I am excited because my plantar fasciitis is starting to go away. I did an exercise DVD yesterday and today! I haven't been able to do them because of foot problems. I figured that since I can do 60 minutes on the elliptical that I should be fine with a Turbo Jam or Firm workout tape.

Sweet Mother! Chaleen kicked my butt! I am sore everywhere but my feet are not too terribly bad so that's good news. I like doing the workout DVDs and clearly they are working whatever needs to be worked because I'm feeling it today!

1st goal- ONEDERLAND! Check!
2nd goal- Less than 194 (a number I've been stuck at before) CHECK!
3rd goal- Reach the 180's- haven't been there since 1999. CHECK!
4th goal- 180 which means hitting the 50 lbs. lost mark! Check!
5th goal- Switching to size goals now more than pounds goals. Goal is to make it to size 12, at whatever weight that happens. CHECK!
6th goal- Size 10! (can't even believe this is possible!)
7th goal- Size 8 and MAINTAIN!

Hey guys... sorry I didn't check in for a couple days. I worked all day yesterday and worked on my taxes today. Just as I was finishing my taxes, I got a call from my mom this afternoon that her face and neck were all swollen and her dr said she should go to the ER. Of course, my DH's car was in the shop and he had my car so I had no car to take her. Thank goodness the car was done when he called for an update and he came home from work so we picked up the car and I went to pick up my mom and took her to the ER.

Turns out she has some sort of adema and is full of fluid. Her lips, cheeks and neck are all swollen. They did a CT and said that her thyroid is slightly enlarged too. So she is supposed to see her MD tomorrow and follow up with an ear, nose and throat specialist asap. I got home around 8:45 and am exhausted.

I am feeling a little stress lately. I always get stressed when I let papers stack up on my desk and it becomes so overwhelming that I waste a bunch of time trying to organize them instead of just dealing with them. I go in circles. Ahhhhh...

I have been doing really well eating lately, but I don't have motivation to exercise. I should look at it as a stress reliever.

I also just got my hair cut and I am not so sure that I like it. It seems too puffy.
