evening all..well meet with friend for dinner last night at their place. It was fun..but had too many caramel appletini's therefore i think i went well over plan. And we didn't get home until 12.30. It made it hard for to get up this am for work. Oh well..guess i'm getting al LMAO. i did better today but man it really goes to show you how important good sleep is. It makes you more focuses and stay on tract.

I did a great job with food today, but had no energy to work out. I am ready for bed already. Today was my first day back from a two week vacation. It hit me pretty hard.
