Default ~^~30-Somethings Challenge: 100 Jump Ropes A Day~^~

Yes, we're in our 30s, but where not dead! Anybody want to join me?

Jumping rope makes for a good cardio workout. OK whoever doesn't have a jump rope will need to go out and get one OR if you don't have one / don't want to buy one then you can jump and turn your hands as if you do have a jump rope 'cuz it still works.

This challenge will run from November 15 to December 15, 2008! How many jumps can you do?

Remember to jump at your own pace and height. If you can't do 100 then do 75 and if you can't do that then do 50 and if you can do that do 25. It's no big deal. And if you little ones around the house then get them involved too. The faster you jump the more your heart rate will increase.
