Mornin' All!
The sun was out and it was really nice on the ride in, but they said it's supposed to rain on and off all day, and now it looks like the sun has gone behind the clouds.
GG, have fun today!
Ranger, I'm soo sorry to hear about the job. What do you do? Is there a chance that you can find another job and stay in NC?
I'm trying to get myself on track, but I'm having a hard time with the candy! The scale is up a couple pounds and I'm not happy.

Hello chickadees! Well, I weighed myself this AM and I haven't gained any wt for the past couple of weeks. I haven't lost either, but at least I haven't gained. I cannot tell that the diet pill is doing anything, but hopefully it is working it's magic metabolically. At least I am not having the palpitations and dry mouth I was warned about.
Ranger: I'm so sorry about your job. I hope you can find something where ever it is you want to live.
GG: Have fun with the animals and the aquarium. I wish DH would agree to another dog, but he's dead set against it right now. He's probably right. I'd love walking it and taking care of it until it snowed! LOL. And last minute trips would be out of the question.
Lauren: Get rid of the candy bowl!! Knock on wood, I've done pretty well so far. My problem was that all the left overs from the Halloween party came home with me . Oh, and DH made Rice Krispie squares yesterday. I did well in that I only had one. I'm trying to forget that they are in there today.
Loretta: Welcome!! We are happy to have you with us.
to all of you that I missed. We are having playgroup here today and they are supposed to be here in 1/2 hour. Of course, no one bothered to let me know they were coming, so, who knows if anyone will actually make it.

Hey 30 somethings! I'm new to the site and on my 9th day of eating good again. My "baby" turns two today and I'm 10 pounds heavier than my delivery weight so I have a ways to go, but I feel stronger this time. The big party for ds is Saturday, so I'm a little nervous about messing things up with cake and ice cream. Thanks for letting me chat with you all.

quick hi, my DH comes home from work today so I've got to finish cleaning the house. Hurt my toe, and went running anyway, so now whole foot hurts from running funny. Duh.

Hi Chicksters!
I've been MIA. Busy with the usual and my eating has gone down the toitey... Halloween candy, parties, etc., etc... Enough! I'm going to a WW meeting tonight. I have got to get myself straightened out. Hope that all is well ~ Joan

Hi everyone. I feel like demolishing a pack of almond M&Ms right now. I'm not sure what's going on with me but I gained back 4lbs by being greedy this past weekend on vacation and I'm craving right now. TOM was last week and is gone now so I don't know what's going on.

Thanks everyone. I gave notice on my apartment today since my work told me I was out at the end of the month. So, December 5th, I leave for Florida. I've already decided that I'm going to live back down there for probably a couple years or so. Yes, I kinda hate the place, but at least I know people and I can make it work. Asheville is still somewhere I want to live someday. It'll happen.
