Hi ladies Im here for the obvious reason for weight loss support as I always mean to do so myself but never have the will. This time is different however. I need to lose weight because Ill being doing my third IVF. Im 32 been married 13 years and have no children and its put a strain on my marriage and oddly enough instead of dieting lately Im binging on food for comfort. I weigh 210 and hope to lose some of that weight by Jan/Feb/Mar
Welcome! You can totally do it! I've been counting calories and working out since Sept. 29th and I can't tell you how much better I'm feeling, not to mention that I'm losing weight!
It won't be easy all the time, but everyone here is awesome and we all support each other.
Hi I am new here too. I struggled with secondary infertility for 12 years. We did everything but IVF. IUI's, injectables, etc. I know some of what you are going through with the cycles and the roller coaster that entails. Good luck on your weight loss too. I hope we can be friends.

I've noticed that a lot of us have the habit of binging when we know we should be counting calories. Check out the chicks in control forum for help with that.
