I will be 30 yrs old in April but I decided I should post here. I want to be a healthy weight before my 30th birthday which is 5.5 months ago. My goal is to be 150lbs overall. I am tried of being overweight when I know I can do much better. Part of my problem is I work from home and of course I don't eat healthy enough. I am doing weight watchers from the information my friend gave me. I tried it months ago and lost weight as well. I couldn't afford a gym membership but I bought an elliptical machine and I am doing 500 calories a day on it. So far I went from 198 to 191 in 4 days. I was 180lbs back in August then I gained like 16 lbs so I knew I had to do something about it.
