Hi I'm new
Just getting to know all the different support groups.
I'm excited to start my diet and exercises routine.
I just ordered the Turbo Jam dvd's set, won't be in untill Friday.
Any advice on diet and exercises would be great.
Welcome and good luck! I like calorie counting, it is flexible, reliable and free. The best diet for you is the one that you will do and it is OK to experiment until you find what works best for you.Exercise and diet together and you will lose.
