Hey all... GG don't worry about the 7 pounds... just get back on track asap and you'll be fine. I wish we could lose as quickly as we can gain!!! LOL
I went to DS's first golf match today... I walked 4 holes before I had to go back to the car. The course is so hilly and it was so hot, I was ready to pass out. We walked 1.6 miles but it felt like 100!! I plugged into my sparkpeople fitness trainer that I did step aerobics for 90 minutes (this was not regular walking, it was up steep... steep hills and it said I burned 1,008 calories!!! I could never do it again though... by the time I got half way back to the car, my heart was pounding a mile a minute. Then we got to the last hill and DH practically had to drag me up it. I was hyperventilating, dizzy and I thought I was going to throw up. But I made it... this was not my ordinary walk... o...m...g...
So tomorrow we are supposed to go down the shore for the day again so I need to get some good sleeping in tonight... LOL
Evening all. Well first day back was definately a struggle. It took me about an hr or so just to "get back into the groove". Had several "fires" to put out...had over 70 emails. God getting back from vaca sucks LOL. But it does make me feel good....there were about 20 or so that stated they only wanted to see me...so they waited until i came back. I didn't get all my work finished (since there were quite a few sick pets today), but i got a start on it. Tomorrow is another day.

thanks all for the motivation. I know it was vacation..so i'm not being too hard on myself but definately need to be motivated.
