New day - new start!! No exercise. Had a hard enough time getting up for work and I have lots of errands to do tonite. THURSDAY 4/4/02 EXERCISE 2+ miles walking 10 minutes bike **cannot do weights - dr said no lifting until I get the stitches out. BREAKFAST ff pudding = 2 sf jello = 0 ** I really like the little cups of jello & pudding - it makes it so convenient. Sometimes I make sf jello, but haven't been eating it lately. Think I'll buy some more of these cups for a nice snack. Rabbit, I wouldn't call myself that this week. Today I was almost falling asleep on the exercise bike. :D I'm physically at the gym but not mentally.
