String cheese. Ziplock bags of assorted nuts. Boiled egg. Fruit, obviously. Fibre One bars. Raw veggies, cucumber, bell pepper, carrots, etc.

laughing cow cheese, i cant say it enough lol. good on 100 cal muffins, on cooked carrots or any cooked veggie for that matter, great on low cal wraps or crackers, melt with a little milk in microwave and pour over 1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta (makes it like an alfredo sauce), the options are endless

ohhhhhhh i almost forgot, cant believe i almost forgot this one! special k20 protien water is the absolute best thing going right now, it is a life saver for me, very filling and a great "on the go" item to have on hand.

I like crunching on a handful of dry whole-grain cereal.

(Not the flake kind, but the squares kind)

I like to take a bit of plain yogurt (or vanilla, if plain isn't your thing), add a few tablespoons of Kellog's All-bran cereal (the bran buds type), and throw some fresh raspberries on top.

Lettuce is in season where I live - real live lettuce that's crunchy and tasty. I roll up a couple of large leaves in a small whole wheat pita with a tbsp. or two of hummus. I think it would be good with a wedge of Laughing Cow instead, too. Super quick and easy, and nice and cool for summer!

A few of my favorites are:

FF plain Greek yogurt(80 cals) with 1/4 cup Bare Naked Fit Granola (120cals)

and

I'll buy the Musselmans lite flavored applesauce in the 1/2cup six packs and freeze them. One of those is 60cals, counts as a serving of fruit and the cherry frozen tastes like Italian Ice! Perfect for the hot, humid summer days!

I saw the commerical for this today I was wondering if that was any good or not .. I always get tricked by "healthy advertising" I'm gonna buy some and try it now !

as for the topic!! - my big things right now is a granny smith apple in slices with cinnamon or yoplait fat free yogurt or cucumber with dill sprinkled on !
or cherry tomatoes with a tblspn of fat free mayo .... sometimes I eat all 4 together and make it a lunch
