Hello peeps, I'm 30 something and from Scotland. Married, but no kids yet (well apart from hubby)
Been following slimming world diet since the start of the year, had to give up my beloved wine every night. Not attending classes, so it's down to my own willpower. Lost about 12lbs so far
Not always struggled with my weight, was able to eat what I wanted until my late 20's - still take bad with putting on weight!!
Hi Sister! Welcome to our little corner of the web. Where in Scotland are you from? My grandmother was from Cambus Lang...not sure if that town is still around? She always said it wasn't, but I'm thinking maybe the house she grew up in wasn't around.
Hello Sister! I know what it feels like to give up the "beloved wine" LOL, although, I didn't give it up completely. I love wine too much to do that! Will give myself once a week to "splurge" Welcome!!! I just joined here last week and love it here! Great group of people! and as Lauren mentioned, check out the daily chats!!
