Starting a new journal week!

FRIDAY 1/18/02
GOAL 22-27 POINTS

BREAKFAST
oatmeal = 2
sugar = .5
mixed berries = .5

MIDMORNING
kisses = 5

LUNCH
salad = 0
parmesan = 2

MIDAFTERNOON
crispy minis = 8

DINNER
veggie chicken soup,2 = 4
ff crackers = 2

EVENING
popcorn = 3

DAILY TOTAL = 27
Banked = 0
Activity = 3
Water = 10
Veggies = 8
Fruit = 1

WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = 0
WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 3

**bummed at myself for eating the whole bag of crispy minis. Guess I can't buy those.

hot chocolate = 3

LUNCH
appetizers - taquitos, veggie quesadilla, chips & salsa = 16

DINNER
salad = 0
parmesan = 2

EVENING
popcorn = 2
chocolate = 5

Daily Total = 31 points
Banked = +4
Activity = 2
Water = 10
Veggies = 6
Fruit = 1

WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = +4
WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 5

** messed up today. Eating lunch out made it really tough to stay within point range. Had too many points at lunch. Could have skipped the chocolate also.

nachos = 7

turkey breast = 2
corn = 1
lima = 2

EVENING
chocolate = 5

DAILY TOTAL = 26 POINTS
Banked = 1
Activity = 2
Milk = 2
Water = 10
Veggies = 6
Fruit = 1

WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = +3
WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 7

**having a tough time staying within point range this week. Made it today, but barely.

Veggies = 6
Fruit = 1

WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = +8
WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 10

brown rice = 3
mushroom gravy = 4
corn = 1
peas = .5
bread = .5

SNACK
chocolate = 5

DAILY TOTAL = 25 POINTS
Banked = 2
Activity = 3
Milk = 2
Water = 10
Veggies = 6
Fruit = 1

WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = +6
WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 13

**finally under points. Having a REAL rough time. Wanting chocolate - unfortunately had chocolate chips in the house - big mistake.

**today was the last day of the chocolate - luckily it is all gone. Nervous about weigh in.
