Default 30 something almost 40....am i in the right place?
Hey there, I'm very new in this posting thing but I have started an eating plan, yet again... seems like ive been dieting and failing forever now...
I began my diet plan last week, been very naughty though...
pretended to quit smoking but that seems to be too much for my thin skinny will power... I will appreciate advice, support and just any message that might give me strength...
