FRIDAY 12/28/01
Goal = 22-27 points
BREAKFAST
1/2 c oatmeal -- 2
1/2 tbsp sugar -- .5

LUNCH
salad -- 0
parmesan -- 2
pretzels, 2 servings -- 4
candy, nuts -- 4

DINNER
turkey breast -- 2
corn, 1/3 c -- 1
lima beans, 1/2 c -- 1
lite bread, 2 -- 1
wild rice, 1/2 c -- 2

SNACK
cookies -- 10**

DAILY TOTAL -- 29.5
Banked -- +2.5
Activity -- 3
Water -- 7
Veggies -- 6
Fruit -- 0

**neighbors brought over cookies - and I have been getting rid of all the remaining sweets. Too bad I let these tempt me. Hope to do better tomorrow! This is an improvement from recently though - have to grab each positive!**

LUNCH

parmesan -- 2
ham -- 4

DINNER
chicken primavera -- 8
lima beans, 1/2 c -- 1

SNACK
cookies -- 10

DAILY TOTAL = 28 POINTS
Banked = +1
Activity = 0
Milk = 0
Water = 9
Veggies = 5
Fruit = 1

WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = +3.5
WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 3

**better than yesterday! Only 1 pt. over!**

ham -- 2
popcorn -- 4

DINNER
salad -- 0
parmesan -- 2

SNACK
cookies -- 10

DAILY TOTAL = 28 POINTS
Banked = +1
Activity = 0
Water = 8
Veggies = 4
Fruit = 1

**OK, those cookies are gone! Thank goodness!
**Also, I'm experimenting with eating smaller meals more frequently.

potatoes = 4
grapes = 2

DAILY TOTAL = 27 POINTS
Banked = 0
Activity = 0
Milk = 1
Water = 9
Veggies = 6
Fruit = 2

WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = +4.5
WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 3

Banked = + 1

Water = 10
Veggies = 6
Fruit = 1

WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = + 5.5
WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 3
