Monday
Breakfast coffee - 0 1/2 sugar - .5 Subtotal - .5/.5 Lunch can tuna - 2.5 tortilla - 2 3 T. lite mayo - 3 Subtotal - 7.5/8 Dinner appetizer type stuff at IL's - guessing all the pts. 4 little hot dogs - 2 1 mini quiche - 1 6 pizza rolls - 6 chips & dip - 6 2 mini meatballs - 3 a lot of Kaluha!! - ?? ~4 cups skim - 8 Subtotal - 26/34 Snacks Subtotal - / Total - 34 It's more than that, but I don't know how much Kaluha I drank!! :lol: |

Do you mind if others join in your thread?
I've always find that posting my food journals helped me a lot. I also found that just recording things helped -- even if it seemed ridiculous because I'd eaten so much. I don't think I ever hit triple-digit points, but I know I've challenged it once or twice. I've had bad weeks, recorded points, and gotten back on track without too much fuss. It's when I don't record things that I start slipping more and more into unhealthy habits, and then it's all over. |
