Red face changes in complection

hello everyone i am wondering if anyone else has seen changes in there completion. i am not sure why the change now. the only thing i have done is stop using splenda or anything like it. i have not been eating sugar for a long time but i have been using splenda in everything. but this time i have went too 2 cups of coffee instead of 2 post and only water the rest of the day. so could it be the splenda was doing it. or do you think it is clearing now because of more water.

My complextion dried out when I started losing weight (not enoughfat I think.) I started taking fish oil in the mornings and the dryness went away.

I agree that the water is more than likely the reason why your skin is clearing up. The bit of acne I had on my back has gone away since I started drinking more water. Yay for water!

I would say it is the water. The water hydrates your skin and makes it smoother and fresher looking.

thanks for the info i sure wish now i would have did this years ago. i have tried all kinds of acne treatment and nothing has worked. i just thought it was something wrong with my hormones. it is not all cleared up but wow i have not even come this close to a clear face in a long time. i do feel silly all that money wasted when water would have helped.
