Default Daily Food Log * Wk Of 12/3/01

I usually start this on Friday, but I was busy over the weekend, and frankly yesterday was not pretty.

MONDAY 12/3/01
BREAKFAST
1/2 c oatmeal -- 2
1/2 tbsp sugar -- .5
1/4 c blueberries -- .5 (rounding up, I think)

LUNCH
salad -- 0
parmesan -- 2
ham -- 2
choc -- 4

DINNER
swordfish -- 4
peas -- 1
corn -- 2
smashed red garlic potatoes -- 3

SNACK
cashews -- ??? I blew it here.

DAILY TOTAL - WAY OVER
Banked -- plus
Activity -- 3
Water -- 8
Veggies -- 8
Fruit -- 1

WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = BLEW THAT TODAY
WEEKLY ACTIVITY POINTS = 8

not in the least bit hungry - too many nuts Monday night.

LUNCH

lean cuisine -- 6
lima beans -- 2
corn -- 1

DAILY TOTAL -- 16**
** I know I'm under - I didn't really plan to be. I just wasn't hungry from overfilling myself yesterday. I even felt crummy during my morning workout from overeating. So why do I do it??

**looking at this today, I think, where did I come up with those numbers?? Seems a little high.

DAILY TOTAL = 24 POINTS
Banked -- 1
Activity -- 3
Water -- 8
Veggies -- 7
Fruit -- 1

WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = STILL OVER I'M SURE
WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 16

Fruit -- 1

WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = PROBABLY 0!
WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 19
