FRIDAY 11/16/01 GOAL 20-25 POINTS
BREAKFAST 1/2 c oatmeal -- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar -- .5 1/2 c mixed berries -- .5 SNACKS chex mix -- 8? fudge -- 6 DINNER chicken soup & crackers -- 10 DAILY TOTAL -- 27 POINTS :( Banked -- +2 Activity -- 3 Water -- 10 Veggies -- 2 Fruit -- 1 WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = +2 WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 3 **first day of Thanksgiving (my kids came home so I consider this the first day:) ) and I did not do so hot on the food!:devil: |
SATURDAY 11/17/01
BREAKFAST 1/2 c oatmeal -- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar -- .5 1/2 c berries -- .5 LUNCH salad & parmesan -- 2 chex mix -- 8 **no fudge so far and it is 5:35pm**:) DINNER chicken soup -- 4 SNACK popcorn -- 3 fudge -- ???:devil: DAILY TOTAL -- ??? OVER !! Banked -- none Activity -- 2 Water -- 10 Veggies -- 5 Fruit -- 1 WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = :( WEEKLY ACTIVITY EARNED = 5 |
I am doing so bad that I haven't even tried to calculate points until now. Must get a handle on this!
