Good Morning!!!
It is 4:21 am and I dont have to be at work until 5!!! That 10 minutes of sleep makes a difference!!

GG-The open house was wonderful..They had a Dog Breed Parade and I never knew soo many dogs were out there...They even had real body parts(Sperm whale lungs, real horse knee so U could see an arthroscopy, hearts etc etc) #2 liked doing the CPR on a stuffed dog--I think it amazed her when U squeeze the ambu bag, the chest rose..Yeah on the house!!!!

Well...I made my older sister go see the same MD that got me straight--she weighs probably 150lbs more than me and she is only 5'0--He sent her straight to the hospital and admitted her yesterday..OMG--she was hysterical..Her son is getting married in 3 weeks--I thought she may have the Insulin REsistance like me--she had uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, high cholesterol and he thinks sleep apnea--He didnt even let her go home..I worried about her all night long--(we are only 13 months apart and close)Her blood pressure has been over 200/120-130 since Sunday..

Off to work--at least I can visit her while working..

Just a quick note - been having a crazy week.

First, I'm away from home on course. Learning about all the bad stuff you can do on the internet -- I love Internet Security.

Second, being away means I'm having trouble staying on calorie counts.

Oh well. Pick up the pieces net week and start trying to cut back on the coffee! (Up to close to 6 cups a day! )

I was in the gym this morning and met a friend by accident what was very nice because we haven´t met in such a long time. I am kind of sad for another friend who really has some serious problems with her husband. So I feel a bit down myself.

I took Tuesday out of work b/c it was my mom's last day visiting. DH came home from, a business trip on Tuesday night, also.

Thankfully, my weight stayed even during my week of visit... we didn't eat as healthy as we planned (go figure).

Anyway, I came back to work yesterday to a sh*tstorm of personnel issues and problems. Being a supervisor really can bite the big one at times.

Anyway, I need to go back and catch up with the posts.

as far as my DD goes she is getting huge and she's a straight witch right now ..... dont get me wrong i know its uncomfortable being prego BUT darn i had to remind this girl last night how grateful she should be having so much family helping her i mean my baby boy james (11 y/o) jumps for her alllll the time
i reminded her that i was 16 y/o when i got prego with her and i was alone no mom helping no bro or sis to help me no father(mine) in the pic and her dad did nothing but be abusive and and put me down so i told her

Today has been such a busy day at work, but I wanted to at least say hi. I am still trying to post and get to know everyone! But with work being this busy it's hard.

Anyway, tonight is weigh in! We'll see how it goes.

Hello everyone. Sorry I have been MIA for awhile. My attutude totally sucked so I wasn't good for anybody. DH has had some sort of malady since Thanksgiving weekend. He just completely shuts down and goes to bed leaving me with everything. (Can you imagine what would happen if *I* did that!) Anyway, two weeks ago he got a gout attack and I lost it. I was a total witch. Oh, and this week he got a cold (before he was over the gout!) and has so generously shared it with the baby.

Oh geeze, sorry for the rant. Anyway, I have not paid attention to what I am eating and have been a total pig. Lauren can probably hear the oinking.
