Hello Everyone. My name is Karen. I am 34 and a mom to 3 kids. I have been married for 16 years. I have decided that i want to get rid of some weight that has been sticking around for a few years. I want 2007 to be the year of a new me. I am here to make friends and help in any way i can. Hope to get to know everyone.

Welcome! I'm new here too and I'm finding it a great place. I don't talk with a ton of ppl but just knowing that there are ppl doing the same thing as me, struggling with the day to day issues that life throws at them AND trying to lose weight, seems motivating. Heck I even have done pilates, three days in a row :O !
