Hey everyone!
I know that the scale is the # 1 tool to figure out if we lost weight or not but sometimes it is nice to focus on other victories related to our weight loss journey...
I have 2 mini non-scale victories to share!!
1) Last night, I actually DID NOT finish my plate at the restaurant!! Usually, even if I am full, I keep eating but yesterday I asked my hubby to finish my plate!! (yeah, he is a garbage bin!!)
2) There is still a big huge bag of M&M's on the counter and I didn't touch any!!!
Woohooo!!
Anybody has any victories to share??
