So I have been working out since September 22. The last few weeks I was eating things I probobly shouldnt, but still exercising. Well I weighed myself yesterday at 206!!!! So I have lost 9lbs!! Going so slow I wish it was more but im happy! BUT GUESS WHAT?! I bought a treadmill last night! YAY! So I;m hoping i'll start loosing more weight!! And I hope I reach my mini goal in November!! I was walked on the treadmill for 32 minutes and sweat my bu** off!!!!!
Congrats on the treadmill - I would have never lost weight without mine. For me, it was a total leap of faith as I never had a treadmill before and never even exercised on one. I have a fairly expensive one but it is worth every single penny.
