Hello everyone!

I am going to be starting the c25k soon and I want to eventually do a 5k. I'm just not sure where or how to find out about local upcoming races. I feel that if I have an actual race in the future to think about it will keep me motivated.

I like to pick up brochures for races in my local running store.

go to active.com you can search by type of race and location

Active.com is a great resource. Also, my local running store has a big white board (and website) where they keep a list of upcoming local races. I've found a couple of races through the store!
