Short answer: sure, why not?

Toning the muscles while losing the fat on top of them just makes you look better and feel better.

I have found it to be one of the most efficient and effective route to a leaner physique. No need to wait. Get a good trainer who can not only show you proper form but who also takes the time to explain to you why strength training promotes exceptional fat loss.
