Yesterday: 215. More or less where it'd been sitting for all of last week. My face: resigned and

Today: 212. HA! Take that! My face:

Maybe it's only for today, but I don't care. I'm going to make be for much, much longer than just today. And then I'm going to discard that 212 like the lazy good-for-nothing boyfriend that it'll become.

In the meantime I'm off to about 20 miles.

Yep, it's a whoosh! And don't be discouraged if you see an upward blip tomorrow; normally when I have a whoosh like that, it will temporarily bounce up a little bit a day after but the "whoosh weight" really IS my new weight, because then it settles right down.

Good job for sticking to your plan even though you felt a little stuck for a few days! It paid off!
