I had been having "leftover" chicken & fish together at meals (when I cook chicken, fish, steak, etc it's never exactly in 4 ounce portions so there is always extra.) When one of the counselors saw that she recommended that I not do that because it can slow down your progress. I don't know why but that is what she said.
