So, I have lost 46 lbs, have lost around 16 inches (from waist, hips, band size and bust only) I am .9 points away from being 'obese' instead of 'morbidly obese' , have lost about 7 points on my BMI, have gone down 2 pant sizes, 2 shirt sizes, 2 bra sizes and 3 underwear sizes. I have gone from a resting heart rate of 110 or so to a resting heart rate of 77. My cholesterol is lowered to normal ranges and, my A1C (sugar) is fabulous and I FEEL ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.
It just sort of hit me just now that I have accomplished so much. I feel so great and can't wait to feel even better- when I lose another nearly 50 lbs and then some!
That's the spirit! Recognizing your accomplishments is a great way to realize that the next steps aren't as difficult as they may have once seemed. You've done so much already and there's nothing standing in your way to do even more!
For some reason, I find it hilarious that you've lost 2 pants sizes, yet 3 underwear sizes...silly clothing industry, why can't you keep it consistant!
I remember when you posted that thread about your high heart rate and I'm just so happy for you that its down to 77! That (and all the other amazing things you've accomplished) is really proof that you are truly improving your health & well-being. Congrats on all the wonderful things you've done, Lottie. You deserve all of them and more. You really are a fabulous inspiration. Thank you.
That's quite a laundry list of wonderful things, Lottie! And you gave them all to yourself with hard work and good choices. You are one powerful lady! Keep up the excellent work!
