Default What to wear when getting weighed?

I know most people will say "nothing" - and I would have to agree for personal weigh-ins - but what about when I get weighed at Curves?
For my first weigh-in, I wore some capris and a t-shirt, and I forgot to take my shoes off. Duh, me!

Today I'm really not sure what to wear for the monthly weigh-in. Should I start wearing the same outfit until it no longer fits, or is it okay to wear other things. It is really, really cold here, after all. :/

IT is what it is....

Just wear workout gear...

Always workout gear, just do the math in your head.

You know and that is all that matters!!

My 2c.

I weigh at home in my undies only.

When I weigh at the gym, it's in clothes and shoes. All you need to do is watch the CHANGE. So, just always weigh in your shoes at the gym and you're fine!

i go to weight watchers, so every week i wear the same shoes and pants and just a light top. i would say wear clothes that you think are the same weight as the first weigh in!
good luck with your monthly weigh in!!!

Bonnie, I wore regular sweat pants and a t-shirt ... it was too cold for anything else, so I decided to suck it up. lol
I lost 7.5 pounds, 1 percent body fat, and 10.5 inches. Yay me!
