Cool Almost 20 Pounds!!!
I weighed myself this morning, not sure what to expect, I've been eating well, and exercising, but being away from home, and the fact that the boyfriend likes salty foods (I try not to add the salt until I've served up my portion, then add the salt to his, but with premade seasoning mixes that's hard) I had no idea if I could expect a loss or not. But I am down 19.7 pounds since I stared here on 3fc. This is the lowest weight I've been oh about 8 years I would say.
